The Role

As a Technical Recruiter at Urban Recruits, you will own the full talent lifecycle for our high-growth clients (from Seed startups to global Unicorns). You won’t just be matching keywords; you’ll be building relationships, understanding complex engineering stacks, and acting as a strategic partner to both founders and candidates.

What You’ll Do

• The Hunt: Use creative sourcing strategies to find Senior DevOps, Backend, AI, and Fullstack engineers.
• Relationship Building: Act as a career consultant for elite candidates, guiding them through the interview process with transparency and grit.
• Client Partnership: Work directly with CTOs and VPs of Engineering to understand their technical needs and cultural DNA.
• Full-Cycle Management: Manage the process from initial outreach and technical screening to offer negotiation and closing.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of Israeli tech trends, funding news, and the evolving landscape of the local "bridge" to the US market.

Who You Are

• Experienced: 2+ years of technical recruitment experience (agency or startup-in-house).
• Tech-Savvy: You know your K8s from your Terraform and can hold a meaningful conversation with a Senior Developer.
• Relentless: You have a "hunter" mindset. You don't wait for applicants; you go out and find them.
• Communicator: Exceptional English and Hebrew (written and verbal). You can write a cold message that actually gets a response.
• Adaptable: You thrive in the fast-paced, unpredictable reality of the Israeli tech scene.
