Job Description

We are looking for talented students for the Operational Excellence department, who will join our team for a Challenging job in dynamic environment with diverse teams, in global organization with several sites around the world.

Taking part in efficiency & effectiveness global projects to achieve operational excellence.

Solving complex operational challenges.

Developing solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Analyze performance results to drive global projects and achieve excellence.

The recruit will work in creative dynamic teams, see his/her work go from thinking stage an actual solution, while continuously gaining new engineering and personal skills – a fascinating job.

This job is for you if

  • You’re an IE student eager to gain hands-on experience
  • You’re interested in operational excellence and process improvement
  • You enjoy analyzing data and solving complex problems
  • You like working in global, cross-functional teams
  • You’re curious, proactive, and ready to learn in a fast-paced high-tech environment

Job Requirements:

  • B.Sc. student in Industrial Engineering
  • Have three semesters remaining until graduation
  • Be available to work a minimum of two days per week
  • High-level English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Academic average of 85 or higher
  • Some knowledge of semiconductor industry- Advantage
