Full Stack Team Leader

A rapidly growing Israeli company is seeking a Senior Full Stack Team Leader to lead the R&D team behind its core technology product.

This innovative, insight-driven optimization platform analyzes vast amounts of advertising data and transforms it into real-time recommendations and insights for publishers, providing a powerful advantage for performance and marketing teams.

As a Team Leader, you will play a central role in shaping both the company’s technology and its business success, driving large-scale, data-centric development initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience, including at least 3 years leading development teams
• Strong back-end expertise with a microservices approach using Node.js
• Solid experience with React and front-end architecture
• Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Passion for building products that create real business impact
• Strong coding practices, excellent communication skills, and proactive leadership

• Background in building scalable systems that process large volumes of data
  
  

• Lead a full-stack development team working on a proprietary optimization platform
• Architect and build high-scale, data-driven web systems
• Be a hands-on leader: write code when needed, remove blockers, mentor team members, and drive progress
• Collaborate closely with product managers and performance teams to align technology with business goals
• Balance rapid product delivery with robust, long-term architecture and stability
