What You'll Do

• Strategic Leadership: Guide the development and implementation of cutting-edge media and creative strategies to maximize campaign performance and achieve client KPIs.
• Performance Measurement: Define and oversee robust measurement strategies, ensuring accurate tracking and insightful results delivery.
• Client Partnership: Lead and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to drive their success.
• Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of Performance Marketing Account Managers and Account Strategists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  
  

• B.A / B.Sc. or equivalent degree - required. MBA - a plus.
• 2-3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience across relevant digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Experience working with global clients in the online advertising industry - a significant advantage.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring professional employees for at least 12 months.
• Exceptional analytical skills with hands-on experience using Power BI, BigQuery, Looker Studio, or similar tools - highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills: a natural leader, able to inspire and motivate, driven by insights and results.
• A highly organized multitasker with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
• Fluent in English. Hebrew fluency - preferred.
