abra is looking for an experienced System Engineer to join a cutting-edge technological environment, working on advanced Navigation (GNSS) and Anti-Jamming systems.
The role includes full ownership of the system engineering lifecycle — from requirements definition with the customer, through leading design reviews (PDR/CDR), to final integration and field trials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Writing system requirements documents (SRD) and test specifications (STD)
- Leading design reviews and performing system performance analysis
- Defining system architecture combining hardware, software, RF and algorithms
- Performing trade-off analyses and managing engineering risks
- Close collaboration with development and integration teams to solve complex system-level challenges
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Physics / Aeronautical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience as a System Engineer in complex multi-disciplinary systems
- Proven experience in writing and managing requirements (DOORS – significant advantage)
- Strong advantage: hands-on knowledge of Navigation domains (GPS/GNSS), receivers, signals and RF
- Customer-facing capabilities, high-level English, and strong matrix leadership skills
