We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Marketing Communications Manager to own and drive the full marketing communications engine — content, digital, events, and employer branding. This is a fast-paced, highly impactful role at the heart of how the brand looks, sounds, and feels.

What you’ll be doing

• Create high-impact marketing content that drives action: presentations, newsletters, landing pages, banners, videos, and more
• Own and manage digital assets across website, social media, and marketing channels
• Lead marketing events and hands-on productions from concept to execution
• Ensure a sharp, consistent brand voice across every touchpoint
• Work closely with creative, digital, and external partners
• Drive employer branding initiatives and internal communications
• Track performance, optimize, and continuously improve

Who we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing Communications or a similar role
• Strong marketing writing skills in English
• Proven experience managing social channels (especially Facebook & Instagram)
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and messaging tools (WhatsApp, SMS, chatbots)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver end-to-end
• Creative mindset with strong execution skills
• Experience working with agencies — a plus
• Experience using AI tools for content creation — a strong plus
