The Role

Hands-on on-site Senior Buyer responsible for food & beverage purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory control, and budget monitoring. The role works closely with chefs and site teams to support daily operations, availability, quality, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage on-site food & beverage purchasing and ordering
• Monitor monthly budgets and support cost control
• Maintain daily communication with suppliers
• Manage inventory levels, availability, and waste reduction
• Conduct regular kitchen and storage audits (FIFO, expiration dates, food safety)
• Maintain purchasing documentation and reports
• Support chefs and site managers with procurement needs

Requirements

• Experience as a Buyer / Senior Buyer in food & beverage, hospitality, or catering
• Strong operational purchasing and inventory management skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards and FIFO
• Hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented
• Fluent Hebrew required; English is an advantage
