We are looking for a hands-on SOC Analysts Team Lead to lead and mentor a team of security analysts responsible for detecting, investigating, and responding to security incidents across email, endpoint, cloud, and identity environments. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to manage complex incidents end-to-end.
Responsibilities:
• Lead SOC analysts and act as escalation point
• Own phishing, account compromise, and cloud security incidents
• Correlate data across email, endpoint, and cloud sources
• Improve SOC processes and detections
Must-Have:
• Lead-level phishing investigation experience (headers, SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
• Mentor-level Workspace security experience (Google Workspace / M365)
• Independent cloud alert validation (AWS GuardDuty, Azure Defender)
