US CPA - Tax Preparation & Review

We are looking for a skilled and experienced US CPA to join our team and support a high volume of U.S. tax return preparation and review. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in U.S. tax compliance, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will collaborate closely with both tax and operations teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant filings for a diverse range of clients.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and review U.S. individual income tax returns, including all relevant schedules and forms
• Work with complex tax scenarios involving:
• Foreign income and assets (Forms 2555, 1116, 8938, 5471)
• Investment income, RSUs/ESPP, and capital gains
• Self-employment income and related deductions

• Review client documents, identify gaps or errors, and request missing information
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve tax questions and support smooth preparation workflows
• Ensure full compliance with IRS rules, regulations, and deadlines
• Provide guidance and technical insight on U.S. tax rules to internal teams
• Support ongoing process improvements and workflow optimization
  
  

• Certified United States Public Accountant (CPA) with 3+ years of hands-on experience in U.S. tax preparation and review
• Experience working with Drake or CCH tax software
• Knowledge of Israeli tax documents and laws - significant advantage
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
