Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Technical Account Executive with a strong leadership spirit to drive customer success and lead a dedicated technical team.
You are a relationship builder at heart with a solid backbone in IT or Cybersecurity. You understand the technology well enough to consult with C-level executives and IT Directors, but you thrive on the human side of the business—building trust, ensuring value, and driving growth. In this role, you will lead a small team of 3 while acting as the strategic partner for our most critical clients. You are the bridge between complex technical requirements and business goals, ensuring we deliver not just security, but peace of mind.
Job Description
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3 Technical Account Managers. You will provide coaching on both technical delivery and client relationship management, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Serve as the executive point of contact for key accounts. You will own the client relationship, drive retention, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Technical Consultation: Leverage your background in IT or Cybersecurity to translate client needs into actionable technical strategies. You won’t just manage the account; you will understand their environment and advise on best practices.
Requirements
- Technical Background: Proven background in IT infrastructure, Networking, or Cybersecurity. You must be comfortable discussing technical concepts (Firewalls, EDR, SaaS security, Cloud infrastructure) with technical stakeholders.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Post-Sales Engineering roles.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring a team. You know how to motivate people and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Relationship Master: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders ranging from System Admins to CISOs.
- Communication: Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and verbal). You can simplify complex technical issues for non-technical audiences.
- Mindset: A proactive problem solver with natural curiosity about technology and a drive to lead by example.
