Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and the defense sector.

What You Will Do

• Drive Mission Success: Lead projects end-to-end from initiation through delivery, ensuring excellence in quality, timeline adherence, and budget control.
• Lead with Influence: Operate in a fast-paced matrix environment, collaborating seamlessly across internal R&D, Product, and Operations teams to achieve shared objectives.
• Build Strategic Partnerships: Act as the primary point of contact for global clients and stakeholders, building deep trust and ensuring expectations are not only met but consistently exceeded.
• Fuel Business Growth: Identify and capture new business opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) within ongoing projects, contributing directly to the company’s expansion.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain strict compliance with industry standards, international regulations, and security protocols at all times.
  
  

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience in the technology sector.
• Industry Background: Direct experience in the Defense industry is mandatory.
• Technical Foundation: An Engineering background (Software or Hardware) is mandatory.
• Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of complex systems and AI applications is a significant advantage.
• Global Mindset: Familiarity with UAE business culture and security standards is highly desirable.
• Commercial Acumen: You have the ability to identify business opportunities and drive commercial growth within your accounts.
• Communication: Fluent in Hebrew and English; additional languages are a strong plus.
• Availability: Willingness to travel frequently across international markets.
