Effective communication skills with experience in technical ation and stakeholder presentations Desire and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment Advantage Hands-on experience with immersion cooling technologies and their application in high-density systems The ability to conduct complex thermal analyses using the standard Flotherm software is an advantage
