Network & Information Security Team Leader

We are seeking a Senior Network & Information Security Manager with proven leadership experience and strong hands-on technical expertise. This role requires a unique blend of strategic vision and practical skills to design, implement, and secure complex network infrastructures while leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage network and security projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Design and implement secure, scalable network architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Drive security hardening initiatives across all infrastructure layers.
• Ensure seamless integration with SOC and security operations teams.
• Champion process improvements and enforce best practices for incident management and change control.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in networking and information security.
• Leadership experience in managing teams, tasks, and complex projects.
• Hands-on technical expertise in: Switching / Routing / Wireless
• Firewalls (Fortinet), VPN, IPS/UTM
• F5 Load Balancers and Application Security (Advantage)
• Network segmentation / Zero Trust
• NAC (Network Access Control)
• Security hardening at infrastructure level
• Deep understanding of networking protocols and secure routing practices.
• Experience integrating with SOC and security operations teams.
• Ability to create clear, visual architecture designs.
