Quality Assurance Lead

We are looking for a brilliant QA Team Leader to join our team.

QA Team Leader to lead a team of 3-4 testers, with approximately 70% hands-on work. The role includes manual Client/Server testing of software systems, working in a complex web environment, reading logs, isolating issues, and regular collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in managing a QA team.
• Experience in manual testing of complex web systems that involve Client and Server.
• Experience in database testing: MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
• Practical experience in software installation and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in log analysis and working with tools like Elasticsearch.
• Experience in REST API testing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Swagger, JMeter.
• Experience working with JIRA / XRAY or similar tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills, logical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
