Digital Product Manager

We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to join our Digital Department and become an integral part of our operation.

What you’ll do?

• End-to-end ownership of a digital product within the financial and insurance ecosystem, with the goal of generating meaningful business impact.

• Managing the full product lifecycle—from concept and ideation, through market and competitor research, functional specification, and UX planning, to development collaboration, testing, rollout, and ongoing optimization.

• Leading user experience planning, customer journey mapping, background research, performance measurement, and continuous monitoring of business KPIs.

What are we looking for?

• Strong familiarity with the financial and insurance sectors.

• Deep understanding of customer needs and experience with advanced methodologies for designing user experiences (such as design thinking), including customer journey planning.

• Proven experience and strong knowledge in UX/UI and user experience design.

• Hands-on experience in managing digital product projects involving close collaboration with product managers.

• Experience working in matrix environments with multiple stakeholders, including digital teams, CRM systems, automation, IVR, and HR systems.

• Experience leading processes related to product enhancement, service, and sales.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
