Financial Controller

We are recruiting a Financial Controller for a global industrial manufacturing company operating in a production environment with inventory.

The role reports to the Finance Manager Israel and works closely with local management and global HQ.

This position may also suit a strong Assistant Controller ready for the next career step.

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for site-level financial operations
• Monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting (statutory & group)
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Cost accounting, inventory control and standard costing
• Cash flow and working capital management
• Implementation and monitoring of internal controls
• Financial support and insights to site management
• Ongoing interface with global finance teams

Requirements

• Certified CPA – mandatory
• Experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment with inventory
• Strong background in cost accounting and financial reporting
• ERP systems experience and advanced Excel skills
• Fluent English
