We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the founding team of a well-funded EdTech startup as the 2nd Product in the organization. This is a rare opportunity to be part of the zero-to-one stage, shaping both the product and engineering culture from the ground up.

We aim to revolutionize personalized education by aligning with each learner’s journey, from childhood through career, making high-quality, tailored learning accessible and engaging for all.

In this role, you’ll report directly to the VP Product and work closely with them as a true partner. The role also involves hands-on collaboration with senior management and real influence on how the product evolves.

This is a senior, high-impact position with wide ownership, meaningful decision-making power, and strong growth potential as the company scales.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of major product areas end-to-end from discovery and strategy through execution, launch, and iteration
• Be accountable for product outcomes, user impact, and business results
• Hands-on work of writing specs, working closely with engineers and designers, reviewing flows, and making product decisions in real time
• Work closely with the VP Product on shaping the product vision, priorities, and roadmap
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and leadership team to align product decisions with company goals
• Lead decision-making in complex, fast-moving, and sometimes ambiguous environments
• Drive execution across engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams
• Help build strong, scalable product processes and operating standards as the company grows

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Manager in products with meaningful user scale
• (consumer, gaming, B2C, or scaled SaaS)
• Hands-on background working on products at scale, serving large or rapidly growing user bases
• Confidence in making data-driven decisions, leading processes, and owning problems independently
• A balance of strategic thinking and strong execution
• Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and navigating trade-offs
• High sense of ownership and a practical, action-oriented mindset
