A leading retail app in Israel is looking for a Digital Project Manager with a strong product orientation to join our team.

About the Role

The role includes leading innovative, cross-functional projects for the app, writing product requirements and specifications, and working closely with development teams and additional cross-functional teams across the organization.

What Will Your Day Look Like?

• Lead innovative, cross-functional projects from requirements stage through launch
• Translate business needs into product requirements and specifications
• Work closely with Product Managers on feature development and enhancements
• Coordinate between IT, Marketing, and field teams to ensure high-quality execution
• Manage timelines, scope, and delivery against goals
• Support implementation and analyze data for continuous improvement

What Are We Looking For?

• 2–5 years of experience in digital project management with a product-oriented approach – required
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive processes forward
• Ability to work with field/operational teams
• Advantage: experience in large organizations or environments combining physical and digital
