Senior Cyber Security Analyst – SOC / DLP

Job Description:

Join our SOC team as a Senior Cyber Security Analyst, responsible for handling complex cyber incidents, maintaining monitoring systems, and leading the organization’s Data Loss Prevention (DLP) activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Detect, investigate, and respond to complex cyber security incidents (Tier 1 escalation)
• Monitor and maintain SOC tools and security platforms
• Identify advanced threats using SIEM alerts, security systems, and threat intelligence
• Investigate and prevent data leakage through anomaly detection and security controls
• Design and implement new controls, workflows, and automations
• Mentor Tier 2 analysts and external SOC teams
• Own the DLP domain in accordance with security policies and regulatory requirements
• Perform investigations, root cause analysis, and implement improvements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in cyber incident detection and response
• Strong knowledge of SOC processes and investigation methodologies
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments
• Hands-on experience with security tools (EDR, FW, AV, SIEM – QRadar, SOAR/XSOAR)
• Scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Python
• Experience implementing security controls and processes
