A leading integration company is seeking an Account Manager to manage client portfolios in the outsourcing domain.

The role involves working closely with large organizations across various sectors in the high-tech industry.

An excellent opportunity to grow and advance in the technological recruitment field.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in complex B2B sales to mid-size and large enterprise clients, or experience managing an outsourcing recruitment team.
Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end sales processes.
Strong technological understanding in ICT / System Integration / Managed Services.
Experience negotiating with senior decision-makers.
High commercial skills, creative thinking, and broad business perspective.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Relevant academic degree – mandatory.
