About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Applied Researcher / Data Scientist to join our CTO AI Office and develop models that uncover patterns and similarities across structured and unstructured data. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and research skills with hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision from the industry.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and implement ML/DL models for finding semantic, visual, and statistical similarities across diverse data sources (text, images, and tabular data).
• Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data to extract insights and identify correlations using clustering-based, probabilistic, or learning–based approaches.
• Plan, design and develop autonomous and semi-autonomous agentic systems.
• Read and interpret academic papers, reproduce and adapt state-of-the-art methods to production settings.
• Collaborate with software and data teams to integrate models into AI pipelines and agentic systems.

Requirements

• M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working as a data science / applied researcher in the industry.
• Proven experience working with structured (tabular, relational) and/or unstructured (text, image, audio) data.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical methods, with experience in prompt engineering, reasoning chains, and planning strategies.
• Experience working with timeseries - big advantage
• Ability to read, understand, and implement academic research in ML/DL.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• At least 1 paper published as a co-author into a leading AI related conference.
