 Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Designer to shape intuitive, scalable interfaces across BridgeWise’s product suite and support client integrations. You’ll design modular, responsive UI components and interface patterns that make our financial insights clear and easy to use for global audiences.

This role suits a designer with strong UX/UI foundations, someone who can reason through design decisions, prototype interactions, refine visuals, and create accessible, coherent patterns. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and clients to translate complex financial information into simple, effective user experiences.

You’ll thrive in this position if you enjoy fast-paced, hands-on design work, crafting polished components, and contributing to products that help investors make smarter decisions.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 4+ years of product design experience (B2B, fintech, or data-heavy products preferred)
• Strong UI and interaction design skills, including creating responsive, component-based interfaces (widgets, elements, and scalable patterns)
• Ability to explain and justify design decisions with clear UX reasoning
• High proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, design systems, and high-fidelity UI work
• Experience simplifying complex information and shaping intuitive, visually coherent interface behaviors
• Solid understanding of modern UX/UI best practices, accessibility essentials, and practical design constraints
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with strong English proficiency
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving requirements
  
  

• Design Across Products: Own the design of features from early concepts to high-fidelity UI and prototypes. Much of the work focuses on creating and refining reusable components, widgets, and interface elements that scale across products and client integrations.
• Simplify Financial Data: Translate complex datasets and investment insights into clear, trustworthy experiences. Apply strong UX decision-making to create intuitive patterns, clear hierarchies, and consistent behaviors.
• Support Client Integrations: Adapt layouts, components, and interactions to fit client platforms, ensuring smooth embedded experiences that align with their branding and constraints..
• Collaborate With Engineering: Provide clear specifications, define interaction behaviors and states, review builds, and ensure implementation quality. Work closely with developers to refine edge cases and maintain usability standards.
• Contribute to the Design System: Help evolve our design system by building components that support multiple themes, flexible configurations, and global-ready experiences. Ensure patterns follow best practices, accessibility principles, and maintain a high visual standard.

• Familiarity with financial products or analytics tools
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
