Ashtrom Properties is a leading income-producing real estate company, operating in Israel and abroad (currently Germany and the UK). The company serves as the income-producing real estate arm of the Ashtrom Group, specializing in the acquisition of land and existing buildings, their enhancement and development, and ultimately leasing or selling them to end users.

Our operations span multiple sectors, including office and commercial spaces, co-working environments, retail, industrial buildings, logistics centers, and solar systems.

The company manages all of its assets in Israel independently, without external management companies.

Key Responsibilitie

• sAssisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFR
• SPreparation of consolidated financial statements and tax report
• sSupporting budgeting processes, payments, and financial forecasts for the company’s project
• sWorking with external auditors throughout audit processes and preparing audit material
• sManaging interactions with regulatory bodies (Tax Authority, Israel Securities Authority, etc.
• )Responsibility for internal control procedures in accordance with Goshen regulation
