Manual QA Engineer

As a Manual QA Engineer, you will take part in testing complex systems and critical business processes, working closely with development, analysis, and product teams.

What You'll Do:

• Perform end to end (E2E) manual testing for web-based systems and core systems
• Test business processes and integrations between systems
• Work with APIs- analyze, read, and execute API calls
• Read and interpret JSON and XML files
• Work with API testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI
• Write, expand, and maintain test scenarios
• Document and manage defects, test cases, and tasks using Monday
• Collaborate closely with development, analysis, product teams, and external vendors
• Work on multiple systems in parallel, including core systems (AS400)

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in manual software testing- Must
• Experience with AS400- Must
• Experience working with complex systems- Must
• Proficiency in reading JSON and XML files- Must
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman / SoapUI)- Must
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently- Must
• High learning ability, proactive mindset, and strong interpersonal communication skills- Must
• Experience with financial / insurance / banking systems- Advantage
• Experience working with test management tools (Xray / Jira)- Advantage
