About Okoora
Okoora is building next-generation Embedded FX Infrastructure for global businesses and financial institutions. We are creating a scalable financial operating layer that connects pricing, execution, billing, and revenue logic into a single infrastructure.
As the company enters its next growth phase, we are strengthening our financial foundation to support scale, transparency, and investor readiness.
The Role
We are looking for a Head of Finance (Builder Track) to take ownership of Okoora’s financial operations and build a solid, reliable financial foundation.
This is a hands-on role focused on execution, structure, and clarity. It is not a traditional CFO position and does not involve board management or corporate politics.
The role reports directly to the CEO and plays a critical part in preparing the company for its next stage of growth.
What You Will Do
Financial Operations & Control
- Own and manage the company’s financial operations end to end
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly closes
- Maintain clean, reliable financial data and reports
- Work closely with the company’s accountant and external auditors
- Build and improve billing and invoicing processes
- Ensure alignment between contracts, usage, and revenue recognition
- Improve collections and reduce outstanding balances
- Support revenue tracking and unit economics analysis
- Create clear financial dashboards and management reports
- Establish a single source of truth for financial data
- Eliminate manual, error-prone reporting processes
- Organize financial documentation and data rooms
- Support investor and partner due diligence processes
- Ensure financial readiness for growth and scale
We are looking for a Finance Builder with strong hands-on experience and high execution energy.
Ideal Background
- Experience as a Controller, Finance Manager, or Head of Finance in a technology or SaaS company
- Proven experience building financial processes in a growing organization
- Strong understanding of billing, revenue flows, and financial controls
- Experience working with ERP and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar)
