We are looking for a Business Application Manager to lead business-critical applications and delivery teams in a dynamic global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal stakeholders and work closely with Finance, HR, Product, and R&D departments
- Understand, analyze, and lead complex business processes and translate them into technological solutions
- Lead and manage delivery teams including developers, implementers, and analysts
- Provide high-quality, professional service to internal customers
- Full ownership of end-to-end delivery, with no external dependencies
- Manage prioritization, schedules, scope, and ensure delivery against goals
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of managerial experience leading technology teams
- Proven ability to understand and analyze business processes
- Strong service orientation and ability to work with internal stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of business information systems (ERP, HR, Finance)
- Proven experience supporting and leading processes using Jira – mandatory
