Student Position: Business Analyst

WHAT YOU’LL DO?

• Data & Business Analysis
• Work extensively with Excel and BI tools to analyze operational and financial data.
• Build reports, dashboards, and KPIs for ongoing operational tracking
• Identify trends, anomalies, and insights that support decision-making
  

• Assist in budget tracking, expense analysis, and variance analysis
• Support cost-control initiatives and efficiency improvements
  
  

• Analyze operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and suggest practical improvements.
• Support projects focused on digitization and operational optimization
  
  

• Collaborate with operations, finance, technology, and HR teams
• Translate business needs into structured analyses and clear insights
  
  

• 4th year B.Sc. student in Industrial Engineering & Management / Business / Economics
• Proven experience (internship/student position) in analysis, operations, finance, or consulting
• Ability to work from the office at least two days per week
• Strong analytical skills with a clear affinity for numbers and data
• High proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivots; VBA / Power BI – advantage)
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver without close supervision
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
