Packaging Manager

Role Description:

• Managing a team of ~13 employees
• Work in accordance with GMP procedures, including adherence to protocols at various workstations in the department, maintaining cleaning procedures, equipment standards, hygiene, and more.
• Responsibility for packaging and shipping processes within the department under various conditions.
• Collaboration with multiple organizational interfaces such as Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Production.
• Leading quality audits, handling and tracking deviations, monitoring CAPA execution, and managing the implementation of change controls under their responsibility.
• Ability to improve and optimize work processes, write procedures, and lead departmental projects to enhance efficiency and workflow.
• Managing the team, including work plans, employee certifications and training, development, onboarding, and performance tracking.

Requirements:

• GMP experience – significant advantage
• Bachelor’s degree – significant advantage
• Experience managing teams – significant advantage
• Ability to write procedures and work plans
• Experience in an industrial/ manufacturing company – mandatory
• Knowledge and experience with various computerized systems, preparing presentations and reports, and MS Office – mandatory
