We're looking for a Head of Software Testing to join our team in Netanya!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee software testing teams and activities
• Define and maintain testing strategy, methodologies, and quality standards
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure high-quality releases
• Promote automation, efficiency, and best practices across testing processes
• Mentor testing staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  
  

• 6–8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role- Must
• Strong background in software testing methodologies, tools, and lifecycle management- Must
• Excellent understanding of Agile practices-Must
• Fluent in English – spoken and written-Must
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field- Advantage
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, Robot Framework, JUnit, etc. - Advantage
• Familiarity with testing embedded systems, web platforms, and/or cloud environments - Advantage
