Business Analyst

A leading global company in the solar energy sector is looking for a Business Analyst to join its international business team.

This position is well-suited for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in Business Analysis within a global, fast-paced, and data-driven environment.

Description

• Perform business and financial analyses to support strategic and commercial decision-making
• Prepare complex business proposals, pricing models, and commercial presentations for international customers
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and financial data to support sales and business development activities
• Build and maintain analytical models, reports, and dashboards, primarily using Excel
• Work closely with global stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
• Support the optimization and continuous improvement of business and commercial processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and business-oriented skills
• Full proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Very high level of English – written and spoken
• Experience with Google Sheets, Box, and Confluence - a significant advantage
• Flexibility to work hours aligned with international teams
