Process Engineer

We are looking for a talented Process Engineer to join our growing Medical Device manufacturing team!

What will you do?

• Lead and optimize cleanroom manufacturing processes.
• Drive surface finishing and sandblasting process improvements.
• Maximize production efficiency through OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) analysis.
• Lead automation and robotics projects to transition manual operations into stable, controlled, and automated processes.
• Provide hands-on support to the production floor and solve real-time technical challenges.
• Ensure high-standard documentation, including writing SOPs and WIs.
• Execute equipment validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ) in compliance with medical standards.

What are we looking for?

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Process Engineering (Medical Device industry – a major advantage).
• Expertise: Solid understanding of equipment validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Skills: Strong technical writing skills (SOP/WI) and an analytical mindset.
• Mindset: A proactive "hands-on" approach with a passion for stability and process control.
• Education: B.Sc. in Mechanical / Biomedical / Industrial Engineering or similar.
