Integration Engineer

A company specializing in electronic systems design for radar, aerospace, and defense applications.

The role is hands-on and key, responsible for the integration of hardware, software, and advanced mechanical components into fully functioning systems.

Key responsibilities:

• System Integration: Lead the end-to-end integration of multi-disciplinary products, combining hardware, software, and mechanical structures into a unified system.
• Test Plan Development: Write, document, and execute integration, verification, and validation (IV&V) test plans.
• Laboratory Management: Set up and manage the test environment, including installation, calibration, and operation of RF, digital, and power testing equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, VNAs, oscilloscopes, power supplies).
• Troubleshooting: Deploy systems, perform systematic debugging, and conduct root cause analysis at the component level in complex electronic systems.
• Test Automation: Develop automated test scripts and software (e.g., Python, LabVIEW) to improve efficiency, repeatability, and test coverage.
• Production Handover: Serve as a key liaison between development and production teams, creating detailed test procedures, reports, and troubleshooting guides to support assembly and deployment.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
• 3 years of experience in system integration, testing, or hardware validation.
• Proven expertise in operating a wide range of electronic test equipment, with a focus on RF and high-speed digital tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
• Solid understanding of analog, digital, and power electronics principles.
• In-depth knowledge of the electronic product lifecycle, including NPI (New Product Introduction) and production testing.
