Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

Kamada, a leading pharmaceutical company in southern Israel, is looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager a senior leadership role at the intersection of technology, innovation, and operations.

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage System, Network, Information Security, and IT Support teams (around 10 employees, including team leaders)
• Set priorities, define work routines, and ensure high-quality service aligned with SLA targets
• Oversee IT infrastructure and information security in a dynamic manufacturing environment, including off-hours availability when needed
• Drive technology projects from planning through execution and successful delivery
• Represent the IT infrastructure domain during audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with strict pharma regulations
• Collaborate with global teams in Israel and the US, managing internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, implement new technologies, and enhance organizational performance

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems– required
• 7+ years of proven management experience in IT infrastructure and information security within a manufacturing environment
• Experience managing both employees and team leaders – required
• Pharma industry experience and regulatory knowledge – strong advantage
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• High level of English – spoken and written
• Relevant certifications: MCSE, CCNA, Project Management, Information Security
