We are seeking an experienced HRIS Technical Lead to join our IT department and play a key role in driving this transformation.
The HRIS Technical Lead will be responsible for the strategy and management of Check Point’s global HR technology landscape.
This role acts as a key connector between HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure that the systems support organizational goals, data governance, compliance, and exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead System Selection & Due Diligence: Manage the end-to-end RFP process, partnering with stakeholders to evaluate vendors (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and select a platform that aligns with our long-term HR strategy
- End-to-End Implementation Management: Serve as the primary Project Manager for the deployment, overseeing the implementation partner, managing timelines, and ensuring the project stays within scope and budget
- System Configuration & Process Alignment: Translate complex HR business requirements into system configurations (e.g., workflows for onboarding, transfers, and offboarding) in order to simplify daily HR operations
- HR Process Automation & Workflow Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to automate manual tasks, reduce HR workload and improve the employee experience
- System Ownership & Roadmap: Post-implementation, act as the primary owner of the platform, managing the backlog of system enhancements, configuring new modules.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain HR dashboards and reports to provide leadership with actionable workforce insights (headcount, turnover, DEI metrics) directly from the new system.
- Vendor Management: Maintain the ongoing relationship with the software vendor, serving as the escalation point for critical issuesand ongoing support.
- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Act as a key partner to HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and Security to align systems strategy and data governance.
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS or HR technology management roles in global organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
- Implementation Leadership: Must have led the implementation of a Core HR system (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.) from evaluation to go-live.
- Proven experience: in Core HR and ATS processes, including design, configuration, testing, and global rollout.
- Process Oriented: Strong ability to map out HR workflows and translate them into technical configurations.
- Ownership Mindset: Demonstrated ability to manage a system in a "business as usual" state, driving continuous improvement after the initial project is finished.
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (Core HR, Talent, Compensation, workforce planning, etc.).
- Experience establishing data governance and reporting frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ATS (Smartrecruiters, Greenhouse), core HR (Success Factors, Workday) or similar platforms.
