To keep our growth engine running smoothly, we’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Operations Specialist who loves systems, data, and building processes that actually move the needle.

You’re the kind of person who -

- Thinks like Operations, works like Engineering, and understands Marketing.
- Thrives on hands-on work: lists, integrations, fixing what’s broken, making flows run.
- Is curious, technical, structured, and loves turning chaos into processes.
- Comfortable collaborating with US-based teams (including occasional late-afternoon/evening syncs).
What you’ll do:
HubSpot & Workflow Ownership
- Build, maintain, and optimize workflows, routing, scoring, forms, lists, dashboards.
- Structure, clean, and enrich data so everything “just works.”
- Fix errors and ensure leads move correctly between Marketing <> Sales.
Automation & Integrations
- Own the marketing/sales tech stack and keep all systems connected (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Clay, LinkedIn).
- Evaluate and implement new automation and AI tools.
- Build processes that run at scale - outreach, enrichment, syncing.
Outreach & Prospecting Engine
- Build target lists using signals, filters, and enrichment tools.
- Create the machinery that drives the pipeline.
- Lots of hands-on list work, data hygiene, and operational execution.
Data, Reporting & Insights
- Build dashboards that track funnels, performance, and efficiency.
- Analyze operational bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
- Ensure the entire growth machine runs on reliable and clean and clear data.
Marketing & Sales Infrastructure
- Connect systems, define processes, and build scalable foundations.
- Support marketing campaigns by ensuring data flows correctly into reporting.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to operationalize campaigns, targeting, and conversion flows.
What you bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth, or Sales/RevOps.
- Hands-on HubSpot skills (workflows, dashboards, lists, forms, reporting).
- Experience with B2B prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Technical edge: data manipulation, automations, spreadsheets, integrations.
- High attention to detail and a love for well-structured systems.
- Curiosity and excitement for AI/automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and own complex operational workflows end-to-end.
Bonus points:
- Experience managing and enriching lead lists across multiple systems.
- Growth experimentation, A/B testing, or AI-driven optimization experience.
- Industrial engineering degree or similar.
