We’re looking for a hands-on Manual SQA Engineer who thrives on complexity, takes ownership, and enjoys working where software, hardware, and systems all collide.

✈️ What you’ll be testing

This role goes far beyond clicking through test cases.

You will:

🔹 Design and execute detailed manual test cases based on real system requirements

🔹 Test software and firmware on complex avionic systems

🔹 Work hands-on with multidisciplinary platforms (SW, HW, comms, sensors)

🔹 Identify, document, track, and verify defects through full resolution

🔹 Analyze logs, investigate failures, and perform root-cause analysis

🔹 Lead QA activities independently — with real ownership and accountability

🔹 Collaborate closely with developers and system engineers to deeply understand system architecture and behavior

You’ll fit right in if you:

✔ Have 3+ years of manual software testing experience

✔ Have tested avionic, robotic, or other complex systems

✔ Know how to test multidisciplinary systems end-to-end

✔ Are comfortable debugging issues across SW, FW, and system boundaries

✔ Care deeply about detail, structure, and clear documentation

✔ Take ownership and push issues until they’re truly solved

✔ Communicate clearly and work well in cross-functional teams

🧠 What you bring to the table

• Solid understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and tools

• Experience writing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scenarios

• Strong analytical skills and a passion for finding the “unknown unknowns”

• SQA certification or equivalent professional background

🎯 Bonus points if you have

✨ Hands-on experience with embedded or low-level testing

✨ Familiarity with communication protocols

✨ Experience with Jira, Zephyr Scale, or similar test management tools
