System Engineering Manager

✈️ What You’ll Lead

This is a senior leadership role for those who want both altitude and hands-on control.

You will:

🔹 Lead the end-to-end development of all our advanced UAV platforms

🔹 Manage, guide, and grow a team of talented system engineers

🔹 Define system architectures and product requirements

🔹 Approve design reviews and ensure cross-disciplinary alignment

🔹 Plan and execute field experiments (yes, the kind with dust, noise, and actual aircraft)

🔹 Collaborate closely with every corner of R&D to make sure nothing falls between the cracks

🔹 Shape the technical DNA of the company’s next generation of UAS

You report directly to the VP R&D and work on-site in the Emek Hefer Area — where the magic (and the chaos) happens.

⚡ Your Qualifications

This role is for someone who:

✔ Has 10+ years of system engineering experience in complex airborne systems

✔ Has led system engineering teams for at least 4 years

✔ Knows how to juggle management, hands-on work, and surprise curveballs

✔ Moves fast, learns fast, and leads faster

✔ Communicates clearly, writes professionally, and thinks like an engineer

✔ Is a team player with the interpersonal skills to guide, challenge, and inspire

✔ Thrives in multidisciplinary environments where code meets aerodynamics meets electronics meets reality

🌍 Bonus Points If You Have…

✨ Technical experience with UAS

✨ Knowledge of flight controllers / flight logic

✨ Familiarity with civil or military aviation standards

✨ Master’s Degree in Engineering

✨ A love for field experiments, messy integration days, and solving problems no one else can even describe properly
