People Partner / Junior HRBP | Temporary

A global technology company operating in a highly technical and fast-paced environment is looking for a People Partner / Junior HRBP for a temporary role.

This is a great opportunity for an HR Generalist who wants to grow into a Junior HRBP position, working closely with employees and managers up to Team Lead level and gaining hands-on experience across core people-partnering responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for employees on day-to-day HR matters (PTO, leaves of absence, reserve duty, performance topics, and general HR questions)
• Support managers with people-related topics, including performance conversations, team management, and employee relations
• Provide guidance around performance processes, feedback, and ongoing employee issues
• Partner with team leads to support healthy team dynamics and employee experience
• Handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist, People Partner, or similar role
• Hands-on experience working with employees and people managers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of discretion and emotional intelligence
• Interest in growing into a Junior HRBP role
• Experience in a tech or startup environment — an advantage
