About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative Organic Growth Specialist to drive Oobit's organic acquisition channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing a growth roadmap that increases brand visibility, website traffic, app downloads, and user engagement across SEO, content, community, digital PR, collaborations, and affiliates.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and loves owning high-impact growth initiatives from ideation to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own Oobit's holistic organic growth roadmap across SEO, LLM-based discovery, App Store Optimization (ASO), content, digital PR, and community channels.
• Own Oobit's on-page and off-page SEO strategy end to end, developing and executing the SEO roadmap while expanding visibility across LLM-based discovery platforms.
• Optimize app store listings (Google Play & App Store) to increase visibility and conversion.
• Own the digital PR strategy, transforming data and product insights into compelling narratives that earn high-quality coverage and backlinks.
• Collaborate closely with strategic partners and internal marketing functions to leverage SEO performance and drive organic growth.
• Define content pillars aligned with product goals and emerging search trends.
• Own, monitor, and report on performance metrics across all organic channels, translating insights into actionable improvements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in organic growth, SEO, growth marketing, or related roles, preferably in global markets, fintech, crypto, or startup environments.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, app store optimization, and content performance metrics.
• Data driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into clear, actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, and marketing teams.
