About the Role

We're seeking a curious and passionate Software Architect who loves to learn, educate, explore, and build, to lead our company-wide technological architecture. This is an opportunity to be the one who determines the "how": how to build complex applications for hundreds of thousands of users, how to connect the pieces of today's technology puzzle into fast, scalable, and intelligent software solutions for our clients.

This is a leadership role responsible for the architecture of solutions across the entire organization.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the technological and architectural direction of the company's solutions for clients and internal operations teams.
• Selecting technologies, defining architecture, and building end-to-end technical plans and translating them into requirements for development teams.
• Partnering with the Development Manager to guide development teams, define methodologies, standards, and best practices across all development.
• Working closely with product managers, team leads, and development stakeholders.
• Evaluating and implementing new technologies according to company needs.

Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of software development experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Software Architect.
• Significant experience in Mobile development.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Ability to lead processes and make technology decisions at the organizational level.
• Deep systems thinking, alongside execution and implementation capabilities.
