Requirements:

• Own the product roadmap for new security assessment capabilities.
• Translate advanced technical and research insights into client-ready workflows.
• Conduct client interviews to understand how organizations run security assessments (e.g., penetration testing, vulnerability reviews) and how they manage findings.
• Design features that reflect how enterprises prioritize, track, and remediate assessment results.
• Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, and security research teams.
• Ensure new features integrate smoothly into the Reflectiz platform.
  
  

• Proven background in security assessments lifecycle management -managing PT projects, working with vendors, or leading internal remediation of PT findings.
• Deep understanding of client expectations from security assessments: reporting formats, prioritization, remediation cycles, compliance drivers.
• Experience working with product/engineering teams to turn requirements into deliverables.
• Comfortable engaging directly with enterprise customers.
• Based in Israel, with ability to collaborate globally.
  
  

• Hands-on experience in penetration testing or offensive security.
• SaaS or cybersecurity product management experience.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management, compliance frameworks, or DevSecOps tools.
