We’re Hiring: Salesforce Implementation Specialist

📍 Location: Or Yehuda | Full-time

Ideo Digital is looking for an experienced Salesforce Implementation Specialist to join a large-scale strategic Salesforce implementation project within a major government organization.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to analyze processes, translate business needs into Salesforce solutions, and support users throughout the implementation lifecycle.

🔍 What you’ll do

Implement and configure Salesforce solutions based on business requirements

Analyze business processes and translate them into functional and technical specifications

Configure system components including Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules, and permissions

Customize objects, screens, and pages across the Salesforce platform

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for operational and management needs

Support and train end users during and after system rollout

Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams

✅ Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Implementer – mandatory

Experience managing users, profiles, roles, permissions, and custom objects

Experience customizing Experience Cloud pages and components

Knowledge of SFDX and Git

Strong understanding of business processes and system analysis

Good English (reading and writing)

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team

⭐ Nice to Have

Experience with Public Sector Solutions and/or Service Cloud

Experience in large-scale or public-sector implementation projects

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder)

Apex development experience or ability to understand complex customizations

Experience with third-party integrations
