Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-stack Software Engineer RMN (Senior) to lead the development and optimization of Cust2Mate’s Retail Media Network platform. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, enabling seamless integration of media delivery, data analytics, and in-store digital advertising. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in full-stack development and a strong background in ad-tech or media technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Cust2Mate’s Retail Media Platform, including ad-serving modules, data pipelines, and campaign management tools.
• Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end applications using a combination of tools and frameworks, such as Node.js, NestJS, Angular, and React.
• Integrate media content and advertising delivery into smart-cart and retail systems.
• Collaborate with product, data, and marketing teams to implement retail media and personalization features.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of RMN services.
• Promote best practices in agile development, clean code, and testing.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the company’s technological roadmap.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (Mamram / 8200 experience a plus).
• 10+ years of proven experience as a Developer.
• 6+ years of experience specifically in ad-tech, media delivery, or data-driven personalization systems, a must.
• Strong proficiency in established frameworks, such as Node.js, NestJS, Angular, and React.
• Understanding of cloud/serverless architectures and distributed systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
