Product Owner / System Analyst – AI & High-Load SaaS

We are seeking a technical and creative Product Owner / System Analyst to drive the development of AI-powered, high-load SaaS platforms. You will turn complex customer problems into scalable product solutions, design clear specifications, optimize AI agent behavior, and lead initiatives from concept to production.

What You’ll Do:

• Define PRDs, feature specs, and system designs for B2B/B2C SaaS products
• Lead AI/LLM integration, experimentation, and optimization
• Perform root-cause analysis for system issues across product, API, and AI layers
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams
• Translate customer feedback and usage data into actionable product improvements
• Drive end-to-end ownership of features and projects, ensuring scalable, reliable solutions

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in system analysis, technical product management, or solution architecture
• Strong hands-on expertise with AI/LLM workflows, high-load systems, and microservices architectures
• Experience in FinTech, Crypto, Web3, or iGaming products is a plus
• Skilled in data modeling, API integration, process optimization, and documentation standards
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and cross-functional communication
