Senior Support Engineer (5571)

🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Support Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Support Engineer to join a leading technology team, working on a large-scale insurance policy management system operating in a critical production environment.

🔧 About the Role:

• Support, maintain, and upgrade critical core systems in a Linux (RedHat) environment
• Work with advanced technologies such as Kubernetes / OpenShift, alongside legacy systems
• Write Shell / Python scripts for automation, monitoring, and integration
• Analyze complex issues and provide effective real-time solutions
• Work extensively with Oracle databases and complex SQL queries
• Develop and maintain Java-based interfaces
• Collaborate closely with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams
• Take ownership of cross-system processes including monitoring, backups, High Availability (HA), and Disaster Recovery (DR)

📌 Mandatory Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience supporting or developing complex, mission-critical systems
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux RedHat, including scripting
• Proven experience working with Oracle and advanced SQL
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Git, Ansible, or similar

⭐ Nice to Have / Advantages:

• Experience with OpenShift / Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with ADABAS / NATURAL
• Familiarity with the C programming language
• Previous experience in insurance or financial systems
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree
