A successful startup that has developed an innovative low-latency wireless communication system. The company is located in Tel Aviv and offers two work-from-home days per week, with a team of 50 employees.

The role involves joining the Algorithms team, which serves as the brain behind the company’s next-generation modem, developing algorithms for a system that bypasses traditional fiber networks to deliver high-speed data.

The role includes:

Designing groundbreaking algorithms for communication systems
Conducting algorithmic research and balancing performance with practical implementation
Collaborating with diverse teams across the organization
Defining hardware-software requirements to enhance system performance
Driving technological innovation and advancement
Analyzing and providing recommendations on algorithmic and system features

Requirements-

MSc or PhD in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Physics
Specialization in signal processing and communication systems
5+ years of practical experience
Proven experience in developing communication algorithms
Proficiency in MATLAB
Practical or academic experience in AI
Telecom industry experience – advantage
Strong knowledge of C and Python – advantage
Expertise in modems, 4G/5G – advantage
