Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are recruiting a Senior Full Stack Developer for a fast-growing technology company operating at scale, delivering complex B2B solutions in a high-traffic, data-driven environment.

This is a hands-on senior role with real ownership. You will be involved end to end - from system design and architecture to development, optimization, and deployment of production-grade features used by a very large user base.

The role offers a combination of technical depth, impact, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams, within a modern and dynamic tech organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack applications supporting large-scale usage
• Take ownership of core features, from concept through production and ongoing optimization
• Work with distributed systems and microservice-based architectures
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability across the system
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering stakeholders
• Participate in architectural decisions and technical leadership within the team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a strong backend focus
• Proven experience with Node.js in production environments
• Solid experience working with microservices and distributed systems
• Strong background in cloud environments, preferably AWS
• Experience with containers and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and messaging systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and a product-oriented mindset
• Ability to take ownership and work independently in a fast-paced environment
