Data Scientist

A startup company developing a Cybersecurity product in the Identity domain, combining LLM and Security technologies. Their product is an LLM Agent designed to innovatively manage how organizations handle Identity.

The company is located in Tel Aviv, near the train line, currently has 45 employees, and is experiencing significant growth

They are post a major funding round just months after founding and operate at the forefront of technology in this developing sector.

Their LLM Agent network aims to solve security events and other organizational challenges.

The role is part of the AI team, currently consisting of three Data Science engineers, focused on end-to-end R&D of AI systems based on LLM and ML, with a balanced approach between research and applied development.

The work includes:

• Development and deployment of LLM- and NLP-based Agents
• Building end-to-end Data Science pipelines, from problem definition, data collection and processing, Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, evaluation, to production deployment
• Working with technologies such as Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangGraph, LLMs, NLP, Multi-Agent Systems, Data Pipelines, Generative AI, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD

Qualifications & Skills

• 3 years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Expert in Python and ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, or TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Proficient in SQL and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Dask).
• Experience with feature stores, ML pipelines, and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Ability to break down complex problems and communicate technical solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
