A leading pharmaceutical company in the Southern region is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure & Information Security Manager for a senior managerial, professional, and technological role.

The position includes leading teams, driving innovation, and continuously improving the organization’s IT and security services in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Role Description:

• Full responsibility for the daily management of IT Infrastructure teams, including System, Networking, Information Security, and IT Support (approximately 10 employees), including managers.
• Define routines, priorities, and tasks while ensuring compliance with SLA targets.
• Overall responsibility for IT infrastructure and information security in an active manufacturing plant, including availability for after-hours support when required.
• Proactive leadership of ongoing operations, continuous service improvement, and implementation of innovative technological solutions.
• Work in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment while maintaining strict compliance and high standards.
• Define and support technological solutions in Israel and the USA, working with global interfaces.
• Ongoing collaboration with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the professional technological authority for infrastructure solutions and innovation across the company.
• Precise task management, professional documentation, and response to evolving organizational needs.
• Lead incident response, crisis management, and resolution of critical system failures.
• Lead end-to-end technological projects from planning through successful delivery.
• Represent the Infrastructure & Information Security domain in audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management / Information Systems / Software Engineering – mandatory.
• At least 7 years of proven managerial experience in IT Infrastructure and Information Security within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing teams of employees and managers – mandatory.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory environments – significant advantage.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure, and multi-tasking environment.
• Strong service orientation with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
• High-level English proficiency – mandatory.
