Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join Opti as the first marketing hire under the VP Marketing. This role plays a key part in building Opti’s marketing engine from the ground up.

This is a hands-on and strategic role covering the full marketing spectrum, including demand generation, content, events, operations, and brand. If you thrive in early-stage environments, enjoy building processes from scratch, and want to have a real impact on company growth, this role is for you.

You will be responsible for shaping strategy while also executing end to end campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Opti’s go-to-market strategy aligned with business KPIs
• Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns including events, webinars, content marketing, and social media
• Plan and manage event marketing initiatives, including logistics and on-site support
• Partner closely with product and business development teams on messaging and collateral
• Collaborate with advisors and customers to produce content and case studies
• Own HubSpot operations end to end, including database and workflow management
• Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners
• Support communications, PR initiatives, and analyst relations
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize accordingly
• Own brand positioning, messaging, and thought leadership initiatives
  
  

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS startups, preferably in cybersecurity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proven experience driving demand and executing campaigns end to end
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate goals into action
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities
• Highly organized and experienced in managing multiple projects
• Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and marketing operations
